  5.     This is the new improved version of this program.  I used Aztec C
  6.     rather than assembler so I could read command line arguments.
  7.     Two features were added:
  8.  
  9.         1)  The ability to display DOS date and time with no other
  10.             action.
  11.  
  12.         2)  Set the real time clock using DOS date and time.  You
  13.             no longer need to boot MS-DOS to set the real time
  14.             clock.  The program also waits for the next minute to
  15.             begin so no seconds are lost.

  17.     Please give this program to anyone that has an AT&T PC 6300.
  18.  
  19.     I'd like to hear your suggestions for any improvements that could
  20.     be made to the program, both in functionality and in more compact
  21.     code.  While writing the program, I found that very minor changes
  22.     in coding could make a difference of 20-30 bytes in the .exe file.
